PAP Town Councils - Part 5 (Jurong TC Leaking Fire Hose Update)

The following pictures are the updates to the leaking fire hose and these pictures are taken 3 days ago (12 April 2011). I was surprised that the leak had intensified and more amount of water had leaked daily. I am sure that "kaypo" people liked me had reported to Jurong TC on this wastage and the Town Council workers sweeping the carpark should be able to see that and should report to their supervisors.

I am still wondering why this fire hose is leaking for more than 1 year........
