PAP Town Councils - Part 4 (Jurong Town Council Leaking Fire Hose)

In another issue with Jurong Town Council, there are many defects that the town council had not rectified despite having to pay monthly TC S&C fees to them. This month households under PAP's charge get to enjoy free TC S&C fees for this month. A few months ago, the MND even published a Town council score cards of all Town councils including the opposition held ones. Opposition Town councils were the worst performers, but seeing these neglected defects, I was wondering if the assessors' eyes were stuck closed by "stamps"!

Now this is the exciting part: there is this fire hose been leaking for more than 1 year and I even submitted a online report on this matter to Jurong TC via its on-line system on Nov 2009 and even had an acknowledgment page from Jurong TC:




Below are the series of pictures taken from 2009 to 3rd Qtr of 2010 and NO ACTIONS were taken to mend the leaking hose or pipes. The leaks were getting worse as the months goes by:
