Congestion Affects Monsoon Drain too - Part 2

On 13 August 2010, I returned and armed with my digital camera and again took some pictures of the monsoon drain. I noticed a very interesting thing about the CCTV, I noticed that the camera gimbal was pointing at the intersection with the large deposit of the sandy sediment.

Pictures taken on 13 August 2010 (water level was lower)

A close up of the sediment, just imagine how much is under water.

Note that the direction of the black metal arm is facing the main canal & CCTV was on the sediment.

Direction of CCTV now on the Intersection & PUB must know about the sediment.

The motto of the company providing the remote sensing camera is:

"Providing the at the
Right DataRight Time to the Right Person at the Right Place to make Right Decision"

In this case the actual use of the CCTV at the canal is:

"Providing the Right Data at the Right Time to the Person without power at the Wrong Place to make No Decision"

Will the Environment Minister care to explain this honest mistake or oversight?
