Today PM Lee said the most astonishing comment about the incompetent drainage system in Singapore. He said that we should not expect Singapore to be completely flood free. And as usual PM Lee said "WE ALL" have parts to play, to keep our public places and our waterways clean."
Hello PM Lee, your Environment minister and his ministry screwed up and stop using "WE ALL" because we are not part of the ministry. You can check out the staff at PUB building during tea break and see how free they are!

ReplyDeleteBy the way, ever since their CEO came in 2003, the focus shifted from engineering to "marketing"... I think it's symptomatic of the whole civil service.. shift of focus from fundamentals to grandiose ideas..
